Ask me your questions on making money with adsense

Hey guys,

As promised to help you out, I've agreed to answer any questions you have on making money with adsense. Feel free to ask anything you need in this thread and Ill do my best to answer them. Ill start with some questions I was asked in a recent PM:

Q1.Which strategy brings the most traffic with the least amount of time involved? (considering that some methods can be automated)
A. I would say forum posting can bring a lot of traffic, as well as targeted traffic. On a big scale you could do something with Xrumer, but it'd probably be more targetted if you did hiring an outsource worker or doing it yourself.

The most effective link strategy is building a blog farm however. Even a small blog farm can rank extremely high being that google takes relevenacy into consideration. If you have the budget, its something to try out.

Q2. What type of links do you build in the first days of your site. I think you have to be careful so you don't look like spam, but also build fast enough to get the first position?

A. Any link is a good link really. I pace myself to do about 50-100 links per day when the website has started out. This can be done by blog commenting, forum posting, link exchange (don't go overboard), linkwheels. Just make as many a variety as you can.

Q3. Where do you place your adsense code? (under the article, inside the articlem, etc.)

A. The two best positions for placement are a 728 x90 leaderboard at the top of the blog, and a 336x280 square embeded into the article using

Q4.What colors do you use for adsense? Do you leave the links in blue?

I do leave the adsense links blue as it increases CTR in most cases, however once in awhile its good to experiment. Still 95% of the time at least the links are left blue.

I'll try to write up some quick guides on basic things such as proper keyword research, link building, site building, etc etc in the coming few days. Once you know the processes it becomes simple. However with a lot of misleading information about, that can be a bit difficult. I'll attempt to show you how I do stuff and hopefully it'll help you guys.
